If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) by courier. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. For your return to be accepted all conditions below MUST be met:
All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- All items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- You must include the packing slip in the return package. Please state the reason for your return on the receipt.
- Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

Once your package has been received by the return center, it will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. The refunded amount should appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days after.
It is recommended for the shipper to keep a copy of the tracking information to be able to locate their returned package. Shoegasm is not responsible for any return packages lost in transit and not received by the return center.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shoegasm will only refund shipping charges if there was an error on Shoegasm’s part. Please contact the customer service to obtain a label in this case.
