Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Shoegasm. Customer Service hours are from 10am-5pm Monday through Thursday.

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns at any time after purchase if the following conditions are met:

All items must be unworn. All Items must be in their original packaging.
All items must be returned within 30 days.
You must include the original sales receipt as well as state the reason for the return on the aforementioned receipt.
Items can only be exchanged or returned for a refund in the country in which they were purchased.
Return shipping cost are the buyer’s responsibilities.

PLEASE NOTE: Our return policy is different from in-store.

Shoegasm Return Policy

Return the item(s) in the original packing with your packing receipt to: 71 8th Avenue New York, New York or 383 Broadway New York, New York

You will be refunded at the store through the same payment method that was used to purchase the items*.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If and only if there is a shipping error on Shoegasm’s part, we will cover the return fees All items must be unworn.

Shoegasm Return by Courier

1) Clearly identify the reasons you like to return your items on the original sales receipt.

2) Please send your items to Shoegasm 383 Broadway New York, New York 10011.

3) Once they have been received by Shoegasm, returned items are usually delivered to us within 3 to 5 business days. Once we have received the item(s), you will be reimbursed for the cost of the items purchased and the amount should appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days following this.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders placed in store cannot be returned by courier, but can be returned or exchanged at any Shoegasm store. Customers must call the customer service to obtain a free shipping return label (if it is Shoegasm’s error on shipping.) Simply print the label and place it on your shipping package
